Pure Acai purée, ideal for breakfast bowls, smoothies or baking.  The acai taste is somewhere between mixed berries, dark chocolate, and red wine with a stunning purple hue. The taste of acai often depends on what you mix it with. If you blend in other sweet berries, chocolate, or honey, you will find a sweeter taste. But if you choose to go the pineapple or orange ingredient route, you'll get a fusion of sweet and citrus. The acai fruit taste is very versatile and pairs well with many different ingredients.
