This Spanish light & super crunchy bread is versatile and easily defrosted in 5 min.
Crispy golden crust full of bubbles caused by the slow controlled fermentation and the acidity provided by the sourdough. Yellowish white crumb with small diameter alveoli and acidic flavour. Firm on the outside and tender on the inside.
Better served hot. Ideal with garlic, fresh tomatoes, Iberico ham, olive oil, smoked salmon, buffalo mozzarella, cream cheese, anchovies in olive oil or simply olives.
Serving Suggestion:
1) Place the crispy bread at room temperature for 5 minutes and cut into slices
2) Preheat oven to 200°C and bake for 5-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
