A seasoned chef and dedicated pâtissier, Maarten worked for several years in Michelin-starred kitchens across Belgium and the Netherlands before founding Jordà.

The company leads the way in the world of toppings with an array of sweet and savoury crumbles, puffed grains and seeds, a variety of salted and sweet crunchies, and zesty vinegar powders.

These original garnishes add intense flavour and exciting texture, transforming a dish into an immersive culinary experience.

In 2019, the uniqueness and creativity of Jordà’s product line were recognised with the Gault & Millau Culinary Innovators Award.
