O-Med is a small olive mill based in Ácula (Granada). In O-Med they combine their passion for extra virgin olive oil with the work, experience and traditions of their father Juan de Dios so as not to forget the families roots of the company.  At O-Med they control all aspects of the production process from the harvest to bottling in the knowledge that this is the only way to guarantee the ultimate in quality.  They olives are harvested early so that they are rich in aromas with complex flavours. 
This is the first olive oil smoked with olive pit, the result is smoky with sweet notes.  This olive oil is ideal to drizzle over roast vegetables to create a unique flavour and also for fish with fuller flavour.
