Powder based on egg white and xanthan, an ideal base for making edible bubbles. Aromas can be added to it like basil, honey, beet, cocoa etc... This versatile product allows chefs to bring a creative finish of dishes and desserts providing a subtle and elegant taste.
How to use: Mix 20g of preparation with 1L of liquid, vacuum pack so that no air bubbles remain. Apply the Foam kit Pro to make the bubbles, let them stabilize for a few minutes and recover the bubbles generated with the help of a skimmer.
