Thick and resistant 150 µm Teflon-coated foil with a size of 40 x 38 cm and non-stick on both sides.

It allows the dehydration process to be carried out with total non-stick properties, making it the perfect accessory for thinner doughs, purées or products that have been drained or spatulated over a mould (Krokanters®), allowing a completely smooth execution without leaving marks or patterns on the product.
