The Madiforolo plantation is located in the North of Madagascar and is surrounded by tamarind trees giving the beans their unique fruity flavour. Cacao Barry Madiforolo is a dark couverture chocolate with a very high cocoa content. It is very sour and reveals a certain bitterness and fruity, citrus notes.  

It pairs well with ingredients such as vanilla, lime, saffron, caramel, liquorice and much more.
