These times are totally insufficient for cooking or pasteurisation, and if used for that purpose, they can transmit toxic traces and components to the food.On the contrary, Vac-andcook bags withstand cooking in water or steam up to 120°C / 248°F for more than 24 hours.All plastic components are BPA-free and have the certificates and technical data sheets that certify their quality in each production and product batch.
