Carma Swiss Chocolate

We are delighted to announce our new partnership with Swiss chocolate brand Carma, part of the Barry Callebaut Group. Available from July, we will offer the Black Zambuye (83%), White Nuit Blanche(37%) and the Ruby Azalina (40%) chocolate.
Carma sources sustainable cocoa with UTZ certification, which ensures the principles of fairness and transparency for better farming and working conditions as well as better care for the environment.
The 'ruby' chocolate is the lauded 'fourth' chocolate, the first 'new' chocolate since the creation of white chocolate in 1930.
