World Steak Challenge

We are very proud to represent two winners at the World Steak Challenge which took place in Dublin last night. The World Steak Challenge considers steaks from 25 countries and 31 different breeds. Congratulations to both Liffey Meats, Rick Higgins and all of the team at Higgins Butchers for their medals and achievements in the competition.
Liffey Meats was awarded three golds for fillet and ribeye steaks , three silvers and one bronze. All grass fed cattle raised in Ireland. Higgins Butchers was awarded 2 silver medals for their sirloin and ribeye steaks. Both great achievements considering they were up against some of the biggest and best meat producers in the world.
