Caviaroli

Our new range of Caviaroli are now available, these spheres of pure virgin olive oil have the same texture as caviar and the range includes Picual, Arbequina, extra virgin olive oil and infused lemon Caviaroli. These bright yellow spheres of pure olive oil with the same texture as caviar which explodes in the mouth. The Picual Caviaroli has a fresh aroma that is reminiscent of freshly cut grass with slightly bitter notes and a wonderfully intense taste. It is an ideal accompaniment to carpaccio, seafood and cold soups, such as gazpacho. The Arbequina Caviaroli has a smooth and balanced flavour with fruity and floral notes. It is ideal with both hot and cold dishes and pairs very well with salmon, salads and chocolates, it can also be used to garnish soups (it stays intact up to 60ºC).
